| We are "The Crooked Woman" but I'm not a woman and Tara isn't crooked. Our collaboration name is 7&9 (sevenannine), and "The Crooked Woman" is our trade name. I am a crystal healer and Tara is an Earth mother. She is not happy unless she's growing something, sculpting clay or searching for rocks or mushrooms. Everything we make is based upon ancient ideals and all of our creations we instill with love and purpose. Our studio is based in Camas- located on the Columbia River-just as the mouth of the Columbia Gorge begins. Everyday, our surroundings inspire us-it is truly a wonderful and magical place with a fantastic energy. This is where Tara makes her home. Me, I am a newcomer to the area. My home is the New Forest, England where I learnt and studied my craft but was drawn to the Pacific Northwest by the Greatest power of all... LOVE. |
